FLAVOR & PAIRING
Bright, tart and lemony, reminiscent of Granny Smith apples or kiwi. Sorrel can also have a deep grassy flavor, and some say it's mildly acidic but not puckering. Sorrel is popular in French cuisine and pairs well with anything a granny smith apple would! Add it to a apple slice salad, to soups for a zang, dips, or as a garnish to fish.
