  • FLAVOR & PAIRING

Elderberry flowers and its berries make a subperb syrup. Berries can also be made into pies, jams, jellies, or  wine!

Flavor pairs well with anything berries normally would. I always use lemon in all of my berry recipes and Elderberry is not excluded! Lemon lifts and brigthens all berry recipes as an acid.
