Chaga is known as the "Diamond of the Forest," and for good reason. Chaga is rich in antioxidants, the highest concentration of any food. Higher than blueberries, goji berries, or acai berries . Chaga is full of phytonutrients, zinc, b-vitamins, digestive enzymes, and other minerals, and functions as a prebiotic.

  • FLAVOR & PAIRING

Chaga has a light, earthy, bitter flavor with hints of vanilla due to the vanillin in chaga. The same flavoring compound found in the vanilla bean.  It pairs exceptionally well with coffee, chocolate, honeybush, vanilla, butterscotch, and peach.
